The Journal of International Investment and Extractive Industry Law (JIIEIL) welcomes the submission of original, high-quality manuscripts that contribute meaningfully to scholarly and policy-oriented discourse in the fields of international investment law and extractive industry governance.

Authors Guidelines

Articles should be submitted electronically by email to jiieil2025@gmail.com

  1. Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  2. Citations: All sources must be properly referenced.
  3. Abstract: Maximum 250 words and up to 6 (six) keywords.
  4. Word Limit: Minimum 5,000 words and Maximum 8,000 words. Submissions exceeding this limit range will not be considered.
  5. Author Information: The first page must contain full name, title, institutional affiliation, qualifications, email address, and phone number.
  6. Formatting: Document: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx), Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 pt (body), 10 pt (footnotes), Spacing: 1.5 (body), single (footnotes)
